The Customer Service Representative interfaces with Waste Division customers regarding product inquiries, pricing, orders and invoicing.  This person builds relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Assist Customers via telephone and email with product inquiries, product orders, issues or returns.
  • Build relationships with new Customers and Dealers and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Enter orders.
  • Prepare, retrieve, and follow up on Customer quotes.
  • Set up new Customer accounts.
  • Invoice Customers
  • Receive and process returns.
  • Seek sales opportunities within Customer relationships.
  • Update product information in accounting system.
  • Escalate problems when necessary.
  • Advise warehouse on shipping methods.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • PC Web literate
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience in a physical product environment.
