    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting Inside Sales Manager with generating quotations for sales force team and have overall responsibility for establishing processes and maintaining compliance with Salesforce activities outside of quoting system.

    Responsibilities

    • Through Salesforce system, complete quotes per Request for Quote from sales team members.
      • Verify appropriate price list and options are noted
      • Consolidate custom product and freight estimates with standard containers and pallets
    • Salesforce expert as it relates to Marketing and Sales Support
      • Assist in learning and training sales team on additional Salesforce capabilities
        • – ie: email correspondence and calendar
      • Monitor compliance of above
      • Manage lead generation campaigns
      • Follow-up trade show leads
    • Back up Customer Service
      • As needed on limited basis

    Qualifications

    • Associate Degree or Higher preferred from accredited university in Business and/or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year prior CRM experience, Salesforce experience preferred
    • Ability to work individually on self-driven projects
    • Ability to work in team environment on large projects
    • Must be able to work in high pressure environment when quote request volume is high
    • High degree of organization, prioritization, attention to detail and time management skills
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
    • Must possess a positive attitude and desire to learn in fast paced environment
