The Manufacturing Financial Controller provides support to the senior leadership team and the VP of Finance.  This position works as part of the financial controlling group and provides margin analysis, inventory analytics, CAPEX management and a variety of KPIs on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis in support of the Waste and Packaging division of the North America region.

• Prepares monthly margin reports for all NAM Waste & Packaging divisions
• Advises and coordinates sales pricing/product costing models
• Monitors and reports on monthly KPIs
• Analyzes inventory levels, turns, and obsolescence
• Prepares monthly MFG allocation calculations for Capacity, Machine Usage, Resin Costs & Tooling
• Maintains monthly and YTD machine hour rates
• Computes Hand Over Pricing (HOP) calculations and adherence to standards
• Monitors budget and operating objectives including management of CAPEX
• Provides routine and Ad Hoc reporting to WP Leadership Team and VP of Finance
• Recommends improvement modifications to existing processes and programs
• Assists outside accounting firm with annual external audit
• Maintains internal controls for integrity of all systems, processes, and data

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years experience in a cost accounting environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to prepare financial presentations
• Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Strong planning and budgeting abilities
• Experience with currency exchange rates and foreign countries a plus **
