Inside Sales Specialist

Provide assistance to and build relationships with Customers to maximize existing sales opportunities and create new ones.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Assist Customers via telephone and email with:
  • Product inquiries.
  • Product orders, issues, or returns.
  • Website navigation.
  • Prompt responsiveness.
  • Through consistent high-level of service awareness and meeting customer needs:
  • Build relationships with new Customers and Dealers.
  • Strengthen existing relationships.
  • Enter orders in the system and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare, retrieve, and follow up on Customer quotes.
  • Set up new Customer accounts.
  • Invoice Customers
  • Receive and process returns.
  • Update product information online, ensuring product accuracy and availability.
  • Update product information in accounting system.
  • Escalate problems when necessary.
  • Advise warehouse on shipping methods.
  • Follow up with warehouse to ensure timely shipments.
  • Update vendor pricing in accounting system.

 Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with marketing data input.
  • Assist with marketing process and material improvements.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with past due accounts.


  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • PC Web literate
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience in a physical product environment.
